Failing with Bill-21, is a four part photo series envisioned by the creative vision of Parminder and I.
This project showcases the adverse impacts of Bill-21 already being felt by Quebecers who wear religious symbols and is an alarm bell for those who have experienced discrimination as a result of their religious identity in other parts of Canada.
We hope that this project is a conversation starter and allows people to critically engage with lawmakers and discuss the real impacts of this bill on people. Who decides that enough is enough?
